When a Refund May Apply

A refund may be considered for an approved cancellation, verified incorrect or damaged order, unavailable product, or another circumstance where a refund is appropriate under the applicable return terms.

Refunds are not automatic merely because a request is submitted. We may review the order, payment record, product condition, photographs and other relevant information before approving a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact Golden Herbs with your name, order number, phone number and reason for the request. Supporting photographs or other evidence may be required.
